Graduates will undertake a mix of on the job training, mentoring and external training opportunities to ensure they gain essential and comprehensive industry knowledge and best practices. Through the program, graduates will develop a broad set of technical skills including genetic improvements, animal husbandry, agronomy, grazing management, operational planning and budgeting. They will also have the opportunity to develop their leadership and business capabilities.
